What you'll do

Design and optimize distributed systems components for high scalability, resiliency, and large-scale data processing.
Implement fault-tolerant mechanisms including redundancy, replication, automatic failover, circuit breakers, and retries.
Build monitoring infrastructure by creating dashboards, telemetry systems, and automated alerting configurations.

Conduct performance testing, load testing, and fault-injection scenarios to ensure system correctness.
Participate in incident response, perform root cause analysis, and author operational runbooks.
Apply advanced security controls including encryption and access management for multi-tenant environments.
Ensure infrastructure compliance with industry standards through consistent documentation and change management.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience designing and optimizing distributed systems for scalability, resiliency, and operability is required.
