What you'll do

Design and optimize scalable, resilient, and highly available distributed systems using data-plane technologies.
Build fault-tolerant components using redundancy, replication, failover, retries, circuit breakers, and timeouts.
Implement performance and load testing for large-scale workloads to ensure system reliability.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and operational automation to manage cloud infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve production issues through telemetry, dashboards, incident response, and root cause analysis.
Implement encryption, access controls, and security remediation to meet compliance standards.
Manage in-service updates, patching, and rollbacks with minimal impact on customers.

What we're looking for

3 to 5+ years of experience is required.
Experience designing and optimizing scalable, resilient, and highly available distributed systems is required.
Experience with distributed state-management and data-plane technologies is required.
