Senior Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and build systems that combine security data and foundation models to predict and identify threats.
• Prototype and test new AI features for decoding events and predicting anomalies with security researchers.
• Develop an AIDevOps pipeline to facilitate rapid experimentation with data, knowledge bases, and model iterations.
• Architect a distributed platform capable of correlating trillions of signals into explainable findings for triage agents.
• Co-design AI-enhanced threat detection workflows that are scalable and intuitive for security analysts.
• Build and maintain pipelines for ingesting, parsing, and normalizing large-scale security telemetry.
• Implement RAG/GraphRAG search pipelines using vector databases to enhance information retrieval.
• Optimize training workloads and evaluate model outputs for accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience is required.
• Experience in distributed systems design and implementation, specifically focusing on storage systems and access layers.
• Proficiency in building scalable backend services, APIs, and automation workflows using Python or Go.
• Experience with data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, or streaming platforms.
• Experience with DevOps/SecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience designing agent systems that perform coding tasks for users.
• Experience building and maintaining pipelines for ingesting and normalizing large-scale security telemetry.
• Hands-on experience developing RAG/GraphRAG pipelines and working with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
