Senior Staff Software Engineer, AI/Security Platform

What you'll do

• Build systems that combine security data, detection signals, and foundation models to predict and identify threats.
• Prototype and test new AI features for decoding events, system environments, and predicting anomalies.
• Develop an AIDevOps pipeline to facilitate rapid experimentation with data, knowledge bases, and model iterations.
• Architect a distributed platform to correlate trillions of events into explainable findings for triage resolution agents.
• Design AI-enhanced threat detection and prediction workflows that are scalable and useful for security analysts.
• Build and maintain pipelines for ingesting, parsing, and normalizing large-scale security telemetry.
• Develop Python-based backend services, APIs, and automation workflows to support security operations.
• Implement RAG and GraphRAG search pipelines using vector databases and custom embeddings for cybersecurity tasks.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience in security operations including attack surface management, threat analytics, detection, triage, investigation, and response.
• Proficiency in working with common security data sources like endpoint logs, network traffic, and cloud audit trails.
• Experience implementing data platforms, data lakes, and warehouses for large-scale security telemetry.
• Expertise in distributed systems design and implementation with a focus on storage systems and access layers.
• Senior-level Python development skills to build scalable backend services, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Proficiency in DevOps/SecOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience designing agent systems for coding tasks and implementing RAG or GraphRAG search pipelines.
