Senior Software Engineer Bigdata & Hadoop Engineer

What you'll do

• Support, maintain, and automate large-scale Hadoop and cloud-based Big Data ecosystems.
• Perform engineering and administration duties for platforms built on Spark and HBase.
• Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and system scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable code for software products based on specific business requirements.
• Develop front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL with a focus on UI/UX.
• Build and maintain back-end services using Python and Java including API design.
• Leverage Generative AI and LLM frameworks to drive innovation in testing and automation.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience is required.
• At least 2 years of experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Spark is required.
• Expertise in at least one programming language, specifically Python or Java, is required.
• Strong coding skills and a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals and data structures are required.
• Experience developing front-end applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end services is required.
• Proficiency in AI libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred.
• Demonstrated use of Generative AI, LLMs, and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph is preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is preferred.
