What you'll do

Ensure all product development follows strict security protocols and enterprise risk management requirements.

Define and govern enterprise frontend architecture, including micro-frontends and shared component libraries.
Develop technology roadmaps and multi-year modernization plans aligned with business objectives.
Mentor senior engineers and technical leads while fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Five to six years of relevant experience.
12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in an architecture leadership role (preferred).
Experience defining and governing enterprise frontend architecture for large-scale applications (preferred).
Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (preferred).
Experience with Micro Frontend architectures, shared component libraries, and enterprise design systems (preferred).
Expertise in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, including containerization and Kubernetes (preferred).
Experience with AI-enabled user experiences and intelligent automation solutions (preferred).
