What you'll do

Design, build, and operate internal tools and platform capabilities for non-engineering workflows.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience building and operating production systems.

Strong product judgment and communication skills in ambiguous spaces.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools, agents, or automation.
A builder mindset to create first versions of products without clear industry templates.
Preferred experience with developer tooling, infrastructure-adjacent systems, or internal security boundaries.
