Senior Site Deployment Manager E2E, Data Center Facilities

What you'll do

• Lead the execution of data center site deployments including new builds, expansions, and infrastructure readiness.
• Manage and develop a team of deployment managers and project coordinators to ensure operational readiness.
• Translate complex deployment requirements into field-ready schedules, action plans, and technical checklists.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams like Construction, Engineering, and Security to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
• Oversee the transition from construction to operations by validating commissioning evidence and documentation completeness.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for risks impacting safety, schedule, or customer commitments.
• Create executive-ready reports summarizing project health, risk exposure, and required recovery actions.
• Identify process gaps to improve deployment playbooks, dashboards, and standard operating procedures.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience in technical project management, data center deployment, or mission-critical infrastructure operations.
• Must have 3-5+ years of people leadership experience managing infrastructure delivery teams or project managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage site readiness, construction-to-operations handoff, commissioning support, and network turn-up.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders such as Engineering, Construction, and Security without direct authority.
• Proficiency in executive-level reporting, risk management, and tracking project dependencies in fast-moving environments.
• Experience in hyperscale data centers, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale hardware deployment (preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Primavera, MS Project, Jira, or ServiceNow; PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or OSHA certifications (preferred).
