What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a track record of collaborating with technical and non-technical individuals.
Ability to work in both strategic and tactical environments and influence at all levels of the enterprise service business.
Prior experience and proven leadership in the enterprise support services sector and an understanding of their purchasing process (preferred).
Demonstrated track record in developing and launching software support services that accelerate product usage and customer value realization (preferred).
