What you'll do

  • Develop software solutions within the ServiceNow platform based on customer requirements.

  • Write code using JavaScript to develop functionality within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Create portal pages using HTML, CSS, Angular JS, Jelly, and XML.
  • Lead and manage the ITSM development team to ensure project success.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and deploy updates in coordination with multiple development groups.
  • Drive innovation and resolve technical challenges within an Agile development framework.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5 or more years of related experience.
  • Must have at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Must possess a degree, technical training, or relevant certification.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Jelly, and XML is required.
  • Must have knowledge of Agile methodology and software systems.
  • Must understand ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, App Engine, SPM, and APM.
  • US citizenship.
