- Drive root-cause analysis to ensure operational issues result in durable process or technology improvements.
- Maintain a portfolio view of initiatives and risks to support prioritization and staffing decisions.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in security advisory, technical program management, or security solution delivery.
- Depth of knowledge regarding information security concepts and principles.
- Proven experience running critical programs within the security field and leading large projects with engineers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to tailor messages for various audiences.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive security programs.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline development while auditing output for integrity and risk.
- Familiarity with NIST CSF 2.0, NIS2, or ISO 27001; certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are a plus.
