Technical Program Manager, Information Security

What you'll do

• Lead high-impact security initiatives and large-scale programs across the entire organization.
• Define and drive execution for multiple work tracks to achieve specific program goals.
• Manage complex dependencies, risks, and blocking issues within a matrixed environment.
• Communicate program status, impacts, and updates regularly to internal and external partners.
• Align program objectives with AIS strategy by partnering with key customers.
• Implement mechanisms to measure the success of program outcomes.
• Coordinate large numbers of complex efforts using tools like Jira or Wrike.
• Drive continuous improvement throughout the entire lifecycle of a program from planning to execution.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale technology programs such as software development, infrastructure, or cloud technologies.
• Expertise in managing the entire program lifecycle from planning and execution to continuous improvement.
• Experience leading multi-functional initiatives in a matrix environment with engineering managers and developers.
• Ability to negotiate plans, secure commitments, coordinate dependencies, and resolve blocking issues for complex projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Wrike to coordinate large numbers of complex efforts.
• Familiarity with information security domains and knowledge of security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of security architecture and secure design principles is preferred.
• CISSP, Agile, or PMP certifications are preferred qualifications.
