Senior Scientist I/II, Precision Medicine Translational Research Immunology

What you'll do

• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of complex genomic profiling experiments including single-cell RNA-Seq and CITE-Seq.
• Perform image analysis for spatial transcriptomics and proteomics datasets, including cell segmentation and phenotyping.
• Develop and implement computational pipelines to process and analyze spatial omics data.
• Identify technical artifacts, interpret quality control results, and optimize assay performance to ensure high-quality data delivery.
• Evaluate and validate novel scientific methodologies in the fields of single-cell and spatial genomics.
• Communicate complex scientific findings and work plans to cross-functional stakeholders through formal reports and verbal updates.
• Drive data-informed patient selection strategies and biomarker discovery for drug development programs.

What we're looking for

• For Senior I, a Bachelor's (10 years experience), Master's (8 years experience), or PhD is required.
• For Senior II, a B.S. (12+ years), M.S. (10+ years), or Ph.D. with 4+ years of industrial biotechnology experience is required.
• Candidates must have extensive experience designing and conducting single-cell and spatial omics studies to validate biomarker hypotheses.
• Technical expertise in molecular and cell biology assays, specifically scRNA-seq and CITE-seq, is required.
• Expertise in CosMx, Xenium, and Visium platforms integrated with IHC and ISH techniques is required.
• Proficiency in R and Python for the integrative analysis of multi-dimensional datasets is required.
• Skill in using advanced image analysis platforms like Visiopharm and HALO to derive quantitative insights is required.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud architectures, high-performance computing (HPC), and machine learning frameworks is required.
