As a Senior SAP SD Business Systems Analyst, you will join the team to support the SW & Services Monetization Program. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to gather requirements, build solutions across the SAP Order-to-Cash landscape, and manage critical integrations between SAP and satellite systems. Your daily responsibilities include reviewing business requirements, managing deployment release cycles, coordinating User Acceptance Testing, and developing functional and technical build documents. The role focuses on solving complex problems in order management, pricing, output control, delivery supervision, billing, and entitlement handling for software fulfillment and licensing. You will utilize SAP SD, potentially S/4 HANA, and integrate with platforms like SFDC or middleware such as SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, and CPI. Key technical areas include EDI, Master data, Revenue Recognition, and subscription billing systems like SAP RAR or BRIM.
Gather and evaluate requirements for the SW & Services Monetization Program with product, engineering, and business teams.
Build, develop, and support solutions across the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) landscape and satellite systems.
Manage critical integrations between SAP and other systems supporting the Order-to-Cash process.
Create and maintain high-level project plans and detailed functional/technical build documents for various areas.
Develop roadmaps for the SW & Services Monetization Program to align IT efforts with business goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and OTC business users.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage weekly or monthly deployment release cycles.
What we're looking for
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
10+ years of SAP SD implementation experience.
Deep experience in Software/Services processes including fulfillment, licensing, entitlement management, delivery, renewal, and upgrades.
Extensive experience configuring and implementing Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions.
Strong background in master data, order management, output management, EDI, pricing, delivery, inter-company process, billing, and revenue recognition.
Experience with large-scale, multi-system integrations and building portals.
Experience working with application developers and offshore teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, cloud platforms (SFDC), middleware (SAP PI/PO, CPI, MuleSoft), or subscription billing products (RAR, BRIM, Zuora) is preferred.
