Senior Sales Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Translate complex GTM questions into actionable analytical projects.
• Design and build scalable statistical and machine learning models for sales operations.
• Develop robust data pipelines and features using SQL/Python on GTM data stacks.
• Own core GTM analytics assets, ensuring they are operationally durable and self-servable.
• Deliver executive-ready narratives that highlight trade-offs and explicit recommendations.
• Advance GTM data & AI foundations by unlocking novel scoring and routing use cases.
• Coach and document models, tools, and datasets for other analysts and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 4-7 years of experience in analytics, sales operations, data science, or strategy roles supporting B2B/SaaS go-to-market teams.
• Proven track record owning complex analytics projects end-to-end, including forecasting and territory design.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data wrangling, feature engineering, and statistical/ML modeling.
• Experience working with large datasets from CRM systems, product usage, and marketing tools.
• Ability to decompose ambiguous business questions into structured analytical plans and communicate findings effectively.
• Comfortable working directly with senior commercial stakeholders and turning analysis into concrete decisions.
• Solid grounding in statistical thinking and model validation practices.
