What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required, with a Master's or PhD preferred.
12+ years of industry experience in applied AI/ML is required.

Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and sound software engineering practices.
Hands-on experience fine-tuning or evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
Proficiency with the systems side of LLM-powered agents, including context management, prompt caching, tool-use design, MCP, and Agent Skills is required.
Experience designing or contributing to rigorous evaluations for code generation or agentic systems is required.
A track record of shipping products past the prototype stage into the hands of real users is required.
