What you'll do

Lead end-to-end program execution across the full engineering lifecycle from concept and design to productization.
Define program scope, objectives, and milestones for internal R&D teams and external partners.
Manage project schedules and deliverables across cross-functional teams including Systems, FPGA, Software, RF, Hardware, and QA.
Identify and resolve technical or schedule blockers by facilitating collaboration between engineering, product, sales, and business development.
Track risks and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies for R&D leadership and upper management.
Drive engineering cadence through design reviews, status updates, and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and dashboards in tools like Confluence and JIRA to track progress and metrics.
Hire, manage, and mentor engineers and junior program managers to support the growth of the R&D organization.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant program management and/or engineering experience in a technology-driven organization.
Proven experience managing complex hardware/software wireless communications, networking, or electronic warfare programs in an R&D environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple programs and shifting priorities.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with a track record of influencing technical and non-technical teams.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Ph.D. in EE, ECE, or a related field with 15+ years of relevant industry experience (preferred).
