As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will join cross-functional teams to develop product level reliability qualification plans and implement qualifications for new products across the AI, Data Center, Mobile, Automotive, Deep Learning, Graphic Processor, and System on Chip sectors. You will work with design, customer engineering, and packaging teams to define device specifications, perform margin studies, and analyze pre/post reliability stress test data. Your role involves investigating failure mechanisms, developing failure models, and driving corrective actions for field failures. Key technical requirements include expertise in wafer fab with advanced process nodes, Fin-FET technologies, and FCBGA or COWOS packaging. You must be proficient in JEDEC, IPC, and AEC-Q100 standards, as well as ESD/LU testing. Required tools include JMP, Weibull++, and Minitab for statistical analysis of silicon die and package level qualifications.
