Join our dynamic team as a Senior Reliability Engineer where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and longevity of complex systems through rigorous testing and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability models using MIL-HDBK-217Plus, conduct failure mode and effects analyses, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product’s quality standards. This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in Reliability Engineering or related fields, along with expertise in statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R. A B.S. degree is essential, and an M.S. is preferred, alongside the ability to obtain Secret clearance for handling sensitive information.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain reliability models for electronic systems.
Analyze failure data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with MIL-HDBK-217Plus standards in system design.
Calculate Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) for various components.
Conduct FMEAs (Failure Modes and Effects Analyses) during product development.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years experience as a Reliability Engineer or related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and MIL-HDBK-217Plus standards.
Strong analytical skills for failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).
Active Secret clearance required.
