What you'll do

Interface with the USG and program management on reliability procedures and deliverables.
Coordinate the reliability team's efforts to develop project-specific deliverables.
Apply established reliability standards and methodologies to support system design and evaluation.
Develop reliability allocations, predictions, and Reliability Block Diagrams.
Conduct DFMEA, FMECA, and Fault Tree Analysis to identify and mitigate failure modes.
Perform duty cycle analyses and define endurance requirements for the system lifecycle.
Resolve complex technical issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders while negotiating design decisions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Systems, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.
Master's degree is desired.
10 to 15 years of Reliability experience is required.
Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification is a plus.
Knowledge of reliability standards and developing Reliability Allocations, Predictions, and Block Diagrams is required.
Ability to conduct DFMEA/FMECA and Fault Tree Analysis.
Experience with Duty Cycle analysis and Endurance requirements is preferred.
Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance (requires US Citizenship).
