What you'll do

Translate high-level vehicle reliability requirements into granular performance metrics for mechanical, electrical, and software components.
Lead formal FMEA and FTA sessions to identify potential failure points in hardware.
Conduct forensic investigations into hardware failures using the FRACAS framework to drive design iterations.
Validate sensor performance, software reliability, and HIL simulation environments with cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

Minimum of five years of professional experience in reliability validation or hardware testing for robotics, unmanned platforms, or automated vehicle systems.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, or Robotics Engineering.
Proficiency with environmental chambers, vibration tables, and DAQ systems.
Hands-on capability with CAD and shop tools to engineer bespoke test fixtures and rigs.
Ability to utilize Python scripts for automating test procedures.
Experience leading formal FMEA and FTA sessions to translate requirements into performance metrics.
Expertise in the FRACAS framework for forensic investigations into hardware failures.
Strong communication and analytical skills to manage multifaceted testing environments.
