Senior Recruiter, People joins the People Recruiting team to attract and hire talent for internal infrastructure roles including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, People Programs, and Total Rewards. This role involves owning full-cycle recruiting by developing tailored sourcing strategies, conducting screenings to assess functional depth, and managing the interview process from intake through offer signature. The recruiter acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market intelligence on compensation benchmarks and candidate availability while influencing role design and leveling. Success requires navigating diverse sub-functions such as People Data and Compensation Analysis while maintaining data integrity within the ATS/CRM. Candidates must possess extensive experience in high-growth environments, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across various people disciplines to support a rapidly scaling organization.
Execute full-cycle recruiting for People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data roles.
Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for diverse sub-functions within the People organization.
Conduct candidate screenings to assess functional depth and organizational fit across various HR disciplines.
Manage the entire interview process from initial intake and panel preparation to offer negotiation and signature.
Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Influence role design and leveling by providing external market perspectives during internal planning.
Maintain data integrity within the ATS/CRM to support reporting and pipeline analytics.
Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and interview practices.
What we're looking for
Must have 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Must have direct experience recruiting within the People function, including HR business partners, operations, talent acquisition, programs, and total rewards.
Must be able to manage multiple concurrent searches across different functional areas while maintaining quality.
Must possess strong stakeholder management skills to advise, calibrate, and build trust with hiring managers.
Must have a data-informed mindset to track pipeline metrics and use market intelligence to influence decisions.
Must demonstrate clear, effective communication skills to build rapport and assess fit across various People disciplines.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
Experience in defense, aerospace, or high-tech industries is preferred; experience recruiting across multiple People sub-functions is preferred.
