As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will join a small, lean team within the Product & Engineering organization to define and scale quality standards across the company. You will act as a coach and catalyst, partnering with engineering teams to integrate modern quality practices and leverage AI for high-velocity delivery. Your daily responsibilities include building relationships with leadership, pairing on active tasks to establish self-sustaining mechanisms, developing robust quality tools and frameworks, and analyzing quality indicator metrics to provide actionable insights. You will work within a technology-agnostic environment currently utilizing TypeScript, Playwright, GitHub Actions, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and Sentry. The role focuses on solving the challenge of maintaining high standards at scale by creating automated guardrails and providing developer experience improvements to ensure consistent quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
