What you'll do

Develop and manage comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex software applications.
Design and maintain UI and API automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or Playwright.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable release readiness.
Isolate, document, and prioritize defects while collaborating with developers and stakeholders for resolution.
Mentor quality engineers on best practices for testing, automation, and quality assurance.
Utilize approved AI-assisted tools to accelerate test design, script development, and data generation.
Analyze quality metrics and report on the software's release readiness to stakeholders.
Ensure all testing activities comply with security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with hands-on UI and API automation and manual testing.
Strong hands-on experience building automation frameworks with Java and Selenium WebDriver and/or TypeScript/JavaScript with Playwright.
Strong coding skills in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation.
Proficiency with test frameworks and build tools such as TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Karate, or Cypress.
Experience creating and maintaining automation jobs in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab and version control with Git.
Proficiency in SQL for test data creation and maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience using AI-assisted development and testing platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code (preferred).
