As a Senior Propulsion Engineer on the Maneuver Dominance team, you will drive core product development for rotorcraft and complex systems including avionics, batteries, and sensors. You will take propulsion designs from concept through prototype, test, and production to solve challenges in high-performance rotating machinery and rapid flight testing. Your daily responsibilities include selecting and integrating aircraft engines and fuel systems on unmanned air vehicles, designing and fabricating components, and executing test plans for propulsion systems. You will also manage vendor partnerships and perform CAD design for internal aerodynamic loft and structures. The role requires expertise in Turboshaft, Turboprop, and Reciprocating engines, as well as proficiency with engine cycle decks, NX, Teamcenter, and manufacturing methods like machining and 3D printing.
