Senior Program Manager, OCI Business Operations Analytics & Insights

What you'll do

• Manage recurring reporting and analytics initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with business stakeholders to clarify analytical requests and define measurable outcomes.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, join, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Use Python or R to clean, transform, and analyze complex datasets for actionable insights.
• Define and document business metrics, calculation logic, and reporting assumptions to ensure consistency.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain reusable datasets, dashboards, and visualizations for operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring analytics and reporting processes to improve scalability.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of professional experience in business analytics, data analysis, business operations, program management, or a related field.
• Must have experience managing analytics, business reporting, or data-driven projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Must possess strong hands-on SQL skills for extracting, joining, transforming, and validating complex datasets.
• Must have practical experience using Python or R for data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis.
• Must be able to define business metrics, document calculation logic, and perform data quality validation.
• Must have strong organizational and program management skills to coordinate parallel workstreams and follow through on commitments.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain analytical findings to nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing dashboards using BI tools and familiarity with cloud infrastructure operations are preferred (preferred).
