What you'll do

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex business operations analytics and executive reporting programs.
Manage reporting workback schedules, milestones, and dependencies to meet fixed leadership deadlines.
Use Python or R to transform complex datasets, identify trends, and develop actionable business insights.
Build and validate quantitative analytical models while reconciling conflicting data sources.
Establish standardized metric definitions, calculation methodologies, and data dictionaries to ensure reporting consistency.
Implement rigorous data quality checks and repeatable processes to improve reporting accuracy and reliability.
Develop executive-ready narratives and presentations that communicate complex findings clearly to senior leadership.
Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows and introduce new analytical views to increase scalability.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
8+ years of professional experience in business operations, business analytics, data analysis, program management, or executive reporting.
Demonstrated experience independently leading complex, cross-functional analytical or reporting programs across multiple teams.
Strong hands-on experience using Python or R to manage, clean, transform, and analyze complex datasets.
Advanced quantitative skills to develop analytical models, reconcile conflicting data sources, and investigate discrepancies.
Proven ability to establish metric definitions, document calculation methodologies, and implement data quality validation processes.
Experience owning end-to-end program execution, including workback schedules, cross-functional dependencies, and stakeholder reviews.
Excellent executive communication skills to develop concise narratives and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure operations and business metrics (preferred).
Experience supporting board, earnings, or monthly business review cycles (preferred).
Working knowledge of SQL, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms (preferred).
Experience partnering with Finance on revenue analysis or financial operating metrics (preferred).
