Senior Program Manager, Data Governance & Analytics

What you'll do

• Establish and lead the global data governance strategy, including policies, standards, and operating models.
• Maintain an authoritative data dictionary and map data lineage across multiple enterprise systems like Jira and Primavera Cloud.
• Define and enforce data quality rules to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness for all portfolio reports.
• Manage a cross-functional data stewardship network to oversee master data and resolve ownership gaps.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards that translate complex project data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with IT and engineering teams to ensure reliable data flows and scalable reporting infrastructure.
• Influence stakeholders across different departments to adopt consistent data practices and standardized metrics.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in data governance, analytics, business intelligence, or program controls.
• Must demonstrate experience building or maturing a data governance or enterprise reporting program.
• Requires expert knowledge in areas such as data management, master data, lineage, and metric governance.
• Must be an expert in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard design and data modeling.
• Must have experience extracting and reporting data from Primavera P6 and Jira.
• Must possess strong executive communication skills to translate complex data into decision-oriented narratives.
• Must demonstrate the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams across organizational boundaries.
• Must be proficient in Jira, Confluence, and enterprise reporting or analytics platforms.
