Familiarity with tools such as Teamcenter, NetSuite, SolidWorks/NX, Jira, Foundry, ERP/MES, and Altium is preferred for this role focused on high-complexity manufacturing environments.

What you'll do

Lead execution of Product Development Process during New Product Introduction phases.
Drive product development and production by managing inspection, acceptance tests, and quality metrics.
Resolve quality ambiguities to ensure the product meets its reliability goals for volume production.
Own Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) processes for customer-owned hardware troubleshooting.
Eliminate product risks throughout the lifecycle to improve overall reliability and quality.
Define and execute the product roadmap for changes and customer acceptance testing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar STEM fields.
8+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality for drones, AI, aeronautics/defense systems.
Hands-on experience in system architecture and design review of precision mechanical and electrical components.
Experience leading transition from engineering qualification to production verification and validation.
Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
