What you'll do

  • Drive product development and production processes for missile programs.
  • Resolve ambiguities in product maturity, process stability, and field performance.
  • Transition new products to sustainable high-rate manufacturing processes.
  • Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities and inspection processes.
  • Develop overall quality plans and leverage elements of the Anduril QMS.
  • Analyze and improve product health data for missile projects.
  • Matrix lead supplier quality engineers supporting design and development.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality on previous missile or high velocity vehicle systems.
  • Working knowledge of design review and quality management for missile systems, including PCBA, harnessing, avionics, composites, propulsion, and lethality systems.
  • Proven ability to partner with reliability engineering, chief engineers, architects, and customer-facing teams to meet requirements.
  • TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • Experience leading root cause analysis, corrective action, and material review board activities.
  • Develop and execute quality plans for missile projects, including qualification of internal and external manufacturing processes.
