As a Senior Product Quality Engineer on the RoadRunner team, you will lead the development and execution of quality processes to ensure high reliability in our products. Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving product improvement through data collection and incident reporting, conducting detailed design reviews, and executing verification and validation activities. You will also champion Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for field issues, transitioning new products from introduction to a sustainable stage. The ideal candidate has experience with tools like 8D, Lean Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies, as well as knowledge of PCBA, avionics, systems integration, and propulsion systems. This role requires TS/SCI security clearance and familiarity with government contracts and regulatory standards such as mil standard requirements.

Preferred: 5-7 years developing quality systems for low volume, high complexity manufacturing environments.
