Senior Product Owner, Cybersecurity Fusion Center

What you'll do

• Translate operational needs, cyber risk, and stakeholder priorities into measurable product outcomes for the Cyber Fusion Center.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps and release plans aligned with business objectives and cyber-risk goals.
• Prioritize short-term feature backlogs and long-term roadmaps across multiple cybersecurity verticals including IDR, Threat Intel, and TVM.
• Conduct customer research and product discovery to synthesize market factors into a cohesive product strategy.
• Write detailed epics and user stories that clearly communicate the needs of analysts, investigators, and cyber leaders.
• Analyze data to evaluate the viability of product initiatives and perform trade-off analyses to keep development on track.
• Integrate automation, analytics, and AI technologies to improve cyber-risk reduction and operational effectiveness.
• Drive organizational change by implementing new workflows, data practices, and decision frameworks across cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, related field, or equivalent work experience required.
• Five or more years of relevant experience required.
• Product Owner certification preferred.
• Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience in product ownership, management, cybersecurity, or technology delivery is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting security operations, IDR, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security tools like SIEM, SOAR, and threat intelligence platforms is preferred.
• Ability to manage backlogs, define roadmaps, and communicate clearly with stakeholders is required.
