Senior Vice President Technology Product Owner, Automation and AI

What you'll do

• Define and communicate a long-term product vision for automation and AI integration in quant models platforms.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and executive leadership to align on goals.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery by authoring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Champion a "shift-left" approach to quality by integrating continuous testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive architectural and operational enhancements to ensure high resiliency and availability of risk management platforms.
• Leverage emerging technologies and foster a "test and learn" culture to solve core business challenges.
• Ensure all products strictly adhere to firm risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product professionals while managing resources and performance.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in technology product ownership or a related strategic role.
• Strong background in derivatives and risk.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and applying emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to use data for decision making and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Master's degree or PhD in a STEM field.
