Senior Product Owner

What you'll do

• Drive the execution and delivery of MRI features based on customer feedback and product strategy.
• Prioritize product features by analyzing customer needs and breaking them down into functional stories.
• Manage multiple product backlogs and remove roadblocks for scrum teams using tools like Rally or Jira.
• Present product functions to internal and external stakeholders during demo sessions and executive reviews.
• Partner with Architecture teams to solution new features, including AI and Machine Learning technologies.
• Measure customer adoption and retention based on the GTM plan to achieve product OKRs and KPIs.
• Manage customer requests, issues, and escalations while ensuring quality standards and project deadlines are met.

What we're looking for

• Masters Degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in product, service, project, program management, or enterprise software development.
• Technical knowledge of mainframe software, transformation trends, and insights.
• Technical knowledge of GCP or cloud-based applications, Angular or React UI frameworks, and databases.
• Mastery of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams to define backlogs and prioritize features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Expertise in managing complex cross-functional, cross-business, and cross-disciplinary projects.
