What you'll do

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for data platform solutions including ingestion, processing, and storage.
Lead the migration from ADLS to Snowflake while reducing technical debt and establishing scalable data foundations.
Develop business cases and investment recommendations aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Partner with Engineering to prioritize initiatives and deliver reliable infrastructure for analytics and AI capabilities.
Establish requirements for data quality, normalization, and reliability to support downstream reporting tools.
Manage the transition of legacy reporting systems into modern platform architectures.
Communicate product strategy and business value to customers, executives, and internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, or a Master's with 6 years, or a PhD with 3 years.
Must have demonstrated software product management experience for data, platform, or infrastructure products.
Must have experience with data pipelines, ingestion, ETL/transformation, storage, and data quality/governance.
Must have technical fluency in data architecture, reliability, and scalability to partner with Engineering teams.
Experience with platform modernization or cloud data warehouse migrations (Snowflake preferred).
Experience ensuring analytics, reporting, or AI products are built on reliable data foundations.
Financial services, commercial banking, or regulated B2B SaaS experience (preferred).
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
