What you'll do

Design, develop, and support cloud-native and hybrid cloud applications in PaaS and IaaS environments.
Serve as the senior technical authority for the Microsoft 365 platform architecture, security, and governance.
Automate DevOps processes for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
Translate project requirements into architecture diagrams and remediate identified design gaps.
Develop and automate security tools for vulnerability mitigation and remediation.
Design self-healing and fault-tolerant cloud services using industry best practices.
Lead large-scale cloud migration initiatives including tenant-to-tenant and hybrid-to-cloud transformations.
Mentor junior engineers and provide high-level technical escalation for complex platform issues.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Master's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
7+ years of software development experience in web, web service, API architectures, and cloud.
Microsoft 365 engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments supporting 5,000+ users.
Experience defining architecture standards, governance, roadmaps, tenant configuration, and lifecycle management.
Experience with Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Powershell, Terraform, AWS Cloudformation, AWS CDK, or Bicep.
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
Oracle JAVA Certification.
