What you'll do

  • Define and advance product strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution plans for Core UI initiatives across branch and digital channels.
  • Translate client needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into actionable product requirements and feature definitions.
  • Conduct client discovery, feedback sessions, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
  • Coordinate dependencies across core banking products, branch applications, and enabling technologies to ensure consistent customer experiences.
  • Balance trade-offs between client value, delivery timing, investment, regulatory requirements, and technical complexity.
  • Create roadmap narratives, business cases, and executive updates to communicate product risks and expected outcomes.
  • Support launch activities by aligning enablement, training, and internal operating processes for new Core UI capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and military service.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, strategy, business analysis, or related roles supporting banking, fintech, or enterprise software.
  • 6+ years of experience leading complex product initiatives, roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder alignment in a matrixed organization.
  • 6+ years of experience translating client needs, operational workflows, and technical constraints into actionable product requirements and priorities.
  • Experience supporting financial institution operations including branch servicing, teller workflows, account opening, or core-connected banking processes.
  • Experience communicating product strategy, business value, risks, and dependencies to executive, technical, and client-facing audiences.
  • Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
  • Master's degree or MBA (preferred); experience with Agile methodologies and core banking platforms (preferred).
