Product Manager, Branch Solutions

What you'll do

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for branch banking and retail delivery solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept and requirements through launch and optimization.
• Engage with financial institutions and stakeholders to identify market opportunities and validate product concepts.
• Translate client needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable product strategies.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and operations teams to deliver high-quality integrated solutions.
• Manage business cases, portfolio planning, pricing strategies, and investment prioritization.
• Support go-to-market readiness through messaging, demonstrations, and subject matter expertise.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in product management for enterprise software, branch banking, retail banking, or fintech solutions.
• 6+ years of experience developing and managing product roadmaps aligned to strategic business objectives.
• 6+ years of experience leading products through multiple stages of the lifecycle from strategy to market adoption.
• 6+ years of experience evaluating business and technical requirements while making prioritization decisions across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, UX, operations, implementation, sales, and support teams.
• Experience using API-based integrations or similar ecosystem connectivity approaches.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Work authorization to be considered for this role.
