Senior Product Designer, Engagement

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design for product pods to improve user engagement and financial decision-making.
• Define a design vision that balances user needs with business goals and monetization targets.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to prototype personalized recommendations, conversational interfaces, and adaptive content.
• Deliver production-ready designs for iOS, Android, and mobile web using a reusable design system.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate ambiguous problems into framed design challenges with measurable success criteria.
• Conduct usability tests and concept validations using analytics, funnel data, and A/B results.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to non-design stakeholders through well-crafted artifacts and presentations.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in a consumer-facing tech environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong craft across end-to-end product work, from problem framing to polished UI and shipped outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and prototyping.
• Experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android) and mobile web.
• Demonstrated ability to use research and data to drive and explain design decisions.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-powered features or an eagerness to grow in this area.
