What you'll do

Lead projects from initial concept to final delivery while managing priorities independently.
Design and evolve user experiences for FanDuel Racing, Fantasy, and Retail products.
Analyze user feedback and collaborate with data teams to validate design hypotheses.
Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes using Figma's design systems and components.
Facilitate design workshops and reviews with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
Mentor and coach other designers to support their professional growth and onboarding.
Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and consistent design patterns across all products.

What we're looking for

Experienced professional with a full understanding of one or more functional areas of Product Design.
Contributed to multiple projects on multiple shipped products with demonstrated functional knowledge.
Minimum 3+ years of professional Figma experience including design systems, component management, variants, and prototyping.
Experience working in partnership with product, engineering, and research teams.
Experience leading or participating in design workshops with cross-functional teams.
Extensive expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
Strong knowledge and understanding of designing with accessibility and inclusivity.
Ability to run usability research sessions and use quantitative and qualitative data to validate solutions.
