As a Senior Product Delivery Associate - Data Platforms, you will join the Data Platforms team to drive the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-class, scalable, and resilient data platforms. You will partner with business analysts, engineering, and architecture teams to translate complex requirements into delivered outcomes across the full development lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities include owning the product backlog, refining user stories, managing cross-functional dependencies, and facilitating agile ceremonies like Scrum or Kanban. You will focus on building user-consumption services for batch, asynchronous, and near-real-time processing within cloud analytic environments. The role requires proficiency in SQL, Python, data modeling, and tools such as Snowflake, AWS Data Lake, and Info1. You will solve business problems by translating analytical needs into platform capabilities while ensuring high-quality delivery through rigorous testing and documentation of data consistency.
Drive the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle from initial intake and backlog refinement through final release.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
Manage the product backlog and delivery plan to ensure features are delivered on schedule and with high quality.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and resolve blockers between product, engineering, and architecture teams.
Partner with users and analysts to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize technical requirements.
Monitor compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements during change management activities.
Validate delivered features against business requirements through testing and maintain documentation for operational readiness.
Track and communicate delivery metrics, such as OKRs and KPIs, to stakeholders and leadership.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
3+ years of experience in product delivery, product ownership, or a related technology delivery role with a strong technical background.
Education or on-the-job experience in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
Experience owning and refining a product backlog and driving delivery through agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data engineering tools with knowledge of data modeling and semantic layers.
Experience delivering cloud-based data platforms or user-consumption capabilities at enterprise scale using Snowflake or AWS Data Lake.
Relevant certification such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with agentic AI, generative AI tools, and agile delivery tooling like Jira (preferred); familiarity with the product development life cycle (preferred).
