Senior Product Associate, Payments

What you'll do

• Support the delivery of analytics products that improve data discovery, usability, and trust for business users.
• Assist with user research by gathering stakeholder input and synthesizing insights into clear problem statements.
• Write epics and user stories that describe analytics workflows, metric definitions, and data logic.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to translate business questions into implementable analytics solutions.
• Manage upstream dependencies including ETL schedules, data quality checks, and schema changes to ensure downstream reliability.
• Collect and analyze product performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Participate in product planning sessions to contribute ideas and assist in the execution of product initiatives.
• Define user workflows and requirements in collaboration with the product manager to deliver customer value.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of experience in product management, analytics, BI, data engineering, or software delivery.
• Foundational knowledge of the product development lifecycle and comfort operating in Agile teams.
• Working proficiency in SQL to validate metric logic, perform exploratory analysis, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Familiarity with analytics concepts including KPIs, reporting, basic dimensional modeling, and data quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to turn ambiguous requests into clear requirements.
• Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Experience with Databricks, semantic layers, Python, Jira/Confluence, or AI/ML-enabled analytics (preferred).
