As a Senior Associate, Product Management - Pay Over Time (Business Cards & Payments), you will join the Business Cards & Payments team to drive the product strategy for the product swaps capability. You will design end-to-end flows to provide customers with optimal products based on customer feedback and performance data. Working within an agile environment, you will manage the backlog, submit intake requests, define acceptance criteria, and break down business epics into user stories to achieve minimum viable products. The role requires a strong aptitude for AI, including experience with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot to build automations and solve problems. You will collaborate with designers, data scientists, and technologists to develop features for the Payment, Options & Terms team, focusing on solving complex payment and term challenges for small business customers.
Own the product strategy for the business cards and payments product swap capability.
Design end-to-end flows to provide customers with the most suitable products based on data and feedback.
Manage the technical team backlog, including submitting intake requests, reviewing requirements, and removing roadblocks.
Break down business epics into specific features and user stories to drive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
Use hypothesis-driven assessment of performance data to prioritize feature development roadmaps.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and data scientists to build solutions using emerging technologies.
Communicate a succinct product roadmap to internal stakeholders to demonstrate business value.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
Preferred experience includes at least 1 year translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
Preferred experience includes at least 1 year working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
Preferred experience includes at least 1 year as a product owner in an agile development process with cross-functional teams.
Must demonstrate interest and aptitude for AI, including personal projects or use of AI-driven development tools.
