Senior Product Associate, Data & Analytics, Intelligent Payments

What you'll do

• Apply data-driven problem solving to shape product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions.
• Identify opportunities to use data and AI to improve the client payments experience.
• Research developments in payments industry trends, AI models, and project management best practices.
• Analyze and evaluate product metrics regarding time, cost, and quality across the development life cycle.
• Define requirements, epics, and user stories in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Build stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on analytics strategies and product roadmaps.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
• Proficient knowledge of data analytics and strong data literacy.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to drive team success and stakeholder engagement.
• Track record of delivering high-quality results while working independently and taking full ownership of projects.
• Prior experience working within a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R (preferred).
• Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
• Proven track record in the financial services industry (preferred).
