Senior Product Associate, Merchant Experience - Offers & Shopping

What you'll do

• Define requirements and strategy for platforms and data services powering the offers business.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable capabilities for targeting, rewards, and merchant experiences.
• Manage end-to-end delivery with engineering teams including dependency management and sprint execution.
• Convert product requirements into user stories and sizing estimates for technical teams.
• Analyze complex datasets to make data-driven decisions regarding product development.
• Maintain a robust risk and control environment during the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in technical discussions regarding APIs, data flows, and system dependencies with engineers.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product development, technology, or consulting with exposure to large-scale program and product management.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories, sizing estimates, and delivered capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira and Jira Align for backlog management and sprint execution.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to make data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the US.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (preferred).
