As a Senior Product Associate for Workforce Planning Applications within the Workforce Center of Excellence, you will drive the transformation of workforce planning and analytics capabilities by partnering with business stakeholders and agile delivery teams. You will translate complex requirements into Jira epics and stories while supporting development across data, application, and reporting layers to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency. Your daily work involves managing product backlogs, participating in agile ceremonies, and collaborating with engineers to design solutions for capacity planning tools. You will build SQL-based reports, troubleshoot data issues, and integrate models into web-based tools. The role requires proficiency in Jira, SQL, Databricks, and AWS, along with familiarity with ReactJS and Tableau. You will solve critical business problems regarding forecasting cycles and manual operational overhead within the mortgage servicing and production domains.
Translate business stakeholder requirements into well-defined Jira epics, features, and user stories.
Support agile ceremonies and work with scrum teams to drive execution and remove blockers.
Collaborate with technology leads to design and produce technical artifacts for solution implementation.
Coordinate with data and application teams to ensure end-to-end alignment and data quality.
Develop automation to reduce manual operational overhead in workforce capacity planning workflows.
Integrate capacity planning models into web-based tools for mortgage servicing and production teams.
Build and validate SQL-based reports and prototypes to enable productivity and performance analysis.
What we're looking for
Experience in a product delivery environment, including managing Jira stories, epics, and supporting agile/scrum execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes across data, application, and process layers.
Working knowledge of relational databases and the ability to collaborate with full stack developers.
Hands-on SQL skills, including understanding of stored procedures and query optimization.
Understanding of modern UI concepts and exposure to ReactJS or similar frameworks.
Understanding of modern data platforms and tooling, such as Databricks and general analytics ecosystems.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills with a client-service mindset.
Experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, forecasting, or operational analytics (preferred); familiarity with dimensional modeling and Tableau (preferred).
