The Senior Associate, Product Management - Partnerships Customer Experience joins a team focused on the post-acquisition customer experience within Partnerships. This role centers on enabling new cardholders to spend immediately through unique in-store and online instant spend experiences. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across design, technology, marketing, and external partner teams to develop, build, and launch new customer-facing capabilities for the US Card portfolio while utilizing experimentation to improve existing solutions. Key responsibilities include defining acceptance criteria, breaking down business epics into user stories, managing product roadmaps, and conducting research in an agile environment. You will work with designers, technologists, and data scientists to build cutting-edge solutions for the specific challenge of facilitating immediate spending for new cardholders.
Develop and launch new customer-facing experiences to drive initial spending for cardholders.
Break down business epics into specific features and user stories to define Minimum Viable Products.
Create comprehensive acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams to guide feature development.
Own and prioritize product roadmaps while ensuring all risk management processes are followed.
Use hypothesis-driven data analysis to ensure products meet specific business needs and goals.
Conduct research and develop features that utilize emerging technologies within an agile environment.
Communicate complex product roadmaps and value propositions clearly to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred).
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
