What you'll do

  • Lead the domain responsible for migrating customer, account, product, and transactional data accurately and repeatedly.
  • Oversee the development of migration automation and tooling to streamline data movement.
  • Manage proactive legacy data hygiene initiatives to ensure high-quality data standards.
  • Own analytical frameworks and data mapping processes for all migration activities.
  • Establish reconciliation controls to maintain institutional and regulatory confidence in migration outcomes.
  • Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • Resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks across the migration lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
