What you'll do

  • Lead the domain responsible for ensuring customer, account, product, and transactional data are migrated accurately and completely.
  • Oversee the delivery of migration automation and tooling projects.
  • Manage proactive legacy data hygiene initiatives to ensure data integrity.
  • Own analytical frameworks and data mapping processes for migration activities.
  • Establish reconciliation controls to maintain institutional and regulatory confidence in migration outcomes.
  • Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • Resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks during the migration process.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience is required.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
