Senior Associate, Enablement Platform - Sales Roadmap, Product

What you'll do

• Identify customer and business opportunities through user research, stakeholder feedback, and product insights.
• Manage defined product workstreams from initial discovery through final release.
• Translate complex requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Transform specific features into reusable enterprise capabilities with scalable integration requirements.
• Analyze product performance metrics to evaluate adoption, quality, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate with technology teams to translate business goals into executable development scope.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and governance requirements to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain clear documentation and status updates for stakeholders using Jira and Confluence.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• Proven knowledge of the full product development lifecycle from discovery through release and continuous improvement.
• Experience translating customer and business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Ability to drive work independently in complex environments while managing risks and dependencies.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and literacy to support decision-making through product metrics.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile product management tools.
• Understanding of risk management, controls, governance, and operational readiness in a regulated environment.
• Experience with platform capabilities, workflow enablement, or large-scale enterprise integrations (preferred).
• Experience supporting products spanning multiple lines of business and stakeholder groups (preferred).
• Experience operating in a controls-focused environment including auditability and compliance (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools like Copilot or LLMs to accelerate research and documentation (preferred).
• Understanding of referral, lead management, or expertise-matching within financial services (preferred).
